Great fight. James would have lost with or without Wolfe. He's extremely tough and puts it all out there though.

90% of utube channels made this prediction. it wasn't that hard for this fight. kirkland was coming off a 2 yr layoff with no tune ups and wolfe. that makes him 0-3 (he has another shitty fight without her) without her. i haven't seen the fight yet, but i'll take a boxing guess and say he wasn't slipping under hooks which he does when he is with wolfe. it's like removing cus from tyson. canelo vs cotto is a far gone conclusion also. cotto can't move his feet (like lara, fmw and trout) and takes a ridiculous amount of punishment against lesser fighters than canelo.

Kirkland is a good fighter, but he's another one who can't crack the top level of competition. Alvarez is tough and has moved his career along very very fast. He probably wont be a guy we see fighting at 38 years old. Too bad Canelo didn't wait a little bit longer to fight Mayweather. Did anyone see how Anthony Joshua did? I think he could be the heavyweight Haye wasn't. He has better movement than Wilder and has a better chin as well. He's using the Wilder blueprint though, which I hate. Fighting cab drivers to establish a knockout king rep....lame.

I was 50/50 when he fought Lara and he didn't look very good....BUT....I think fights like that can be good for a guy if he learns. I didn't see the fight tonight so I'll have to watch it on replay.

my youtube prediction says it all. not sure if canelo vs cotto will be a stoppage but he will force cotto to take a knee from an accumulation of punches. Hold your money for GGG or Andrade vs Canelo

try canelo vs andrade for supremacy of 155 (canelo's personal division) if cotto doesn't take the whipping.
andrade will lump canelo up worst than brian rose.

At 33 years of age, GGG won't be around forever. If he doesn't get a big name in the next couple of years (Andre Ward, Cotto or Alvarez) He'll go down as one of the most avoided and questioned fighters in recent history)
I'd like to see Mayweather fight Khan, Kell Brook or Keith Thurman in September, but I have a feeling he won't fancy taking on any of the "New breed". I like Khan's speed and offensive output to potentially out point a elderly Mayweather.

my utube prediction two days ago was right. canelo damages him within three rounds, and it was a hook with kirkland's chin straight up in the air vs a straight shot angulo and kirkland bobbing under his hooks. bad move by kirkland to dismiss anne. i've said the truck with the heavy bag is to replicate an angulo or canelo pushing him back. they had kirkland doing cross fit bullshit, same bullshit guerrero was doing for thurman . anne said, they can get him in shape (yep, he was cut) but can they get him into fighting shape and bring that dog out of him?
andrade needs a turn up and to press the fight. oscar doesn't want the match up, given it's worst than fmw and lara.
watch willie monroe B southpaw vs GGG. he will give you an idea how andrade A southpaw would perform. if monroe goes further (8 rounds) than gabe (journeyman) and stevens (midget 160) and is winning rounds boxing, i got Andrade upsetting GGG in 2016 before he even goes up to 168. GGG likes to take and give. Andrade gives and disappears with more power than monroe or lara.

Kirkland was GASSED by the third round.
Had Canelo backed up in the corner and brought absolutely zero when the opportunity arose to unload some damage.

oscar said no plans to go to 160. canelo will stay in his special division. btw, clottie was on the under-card. he's a fall back if they can't get cotto fight. bitch will not fight for that WBO belt against Andrade. I'm betting Lemieux happens at 155 before a GGG fight. I'm not sold on the Gabe fight because the Charlo beat Gabe easy. Now, Lemieux is new hype fight. Canelo stops him, another one who walks into shots.
keep an eye out for tyson's kid, erickson lubin at 154-160 in the next 2-3 yrs.
