I think the time difference between us is 4 hours. Will verify. Not sure what I want to ask. I'm just kind of thrilled to be able to talk to someone I consider a bit of an internet celebrity. People can laugh and joke but in this cult everybody knows who you are.

(And before you get jealous, I would also be more than thrilled to talk in real time with you too, Basile. Nothing like basking in the tropical sun talking about muscle hypertrophy.)

Maybe it's me, but I think Pellius is one of Melvin Goodrum's gimmicks.

I've seen him join in & defend Melvin on way too many threads on way too many other forums to think it's a coincidence, but then again, what do I know.... ::)

Not kidding, but I certainly could be wrong.

I've just seen him appear in too many Melvin Goodrum threads on other forums to give me that idea. But as I said, what do I know....

in my opinion it was immature and not an owning as such.

Since this is the only forum that I use the name "Pellius" on and as far as I know Melvin is not on any of the other forums I visit. What "way too many other forums" are you referring to?

Let me educate you since your brain operates at the capacity of a turtle.

I don't mess with 3 people:

1.  True Adonis
2.  Alex23
3.  Avesher

Messing with any of these individual is highly ill advised as they can really fuck your entire world up.  Right now, you're messing with No. 3.  You have been warned

Exactly how can they "fuck your entire world"?  That is a tad dramatic don't you think?

Hi Vince   LOL   ;D

Actually, if that fella checked back through some of my old posts he will find that Melvin and I use to go at in a very heated if not vicious  manner. I felt close to Keith who utterly despised Goodrum and felt a bond with him. I knew Keith from back in the mid 1980s when he use to bounce at Tequila Willies in Redondo Beach.  We were in our mid twenties and it was a good time for us. He trained at Ray Mentzer's Muscle Mill along with Max-Rep in Redondo Beach and I trained at Barlow's in Torrance. Those were the days when we felt and acted like Alphas and trained like mad men and loved hitting the clubs where the hotties came easy.

We eventually lost contact and went our separate ways. It wasn't until 20 years latter that I came to realize that OnlyMe/NoWorries was Keith. He was just leaving Hawaii for Vegas as I was moving back to the islands.

Anyway, because Keith couldn't stand Goodrum I just followed suit and piled on. A friend of Keith was a friend of mine and an enemy of Keith was an enemy of mine.

When Keith died I slowing began to take a more objective view of Melvin. I didn't get why he got so much shit. He just seems like a guy who is a hard worker and trying to become a success. Always coming up with new ideas hoping one will take and never giving up. While the rest of us are content on being drones and sleep walking through our 8-5 jobs waiting for retirement, Melvin wanted out of the rat race. Even live off the grid. I admire that and wish I had the wherewithal to follow suit.

Also, Goodrum seems utterly impervious to the constant and relentless attacks --really personal and cruel attacks. Attacks that have driven lesser men off this board permanently. But he just keeps marching forward with a grim, resolute and single-minded determination.

It doesn't reflect well on my character that I just blindly followed Keith not knowing or caring about the circumstances. To this day I have no idea what caused the fall out. But Goodrum kind of grew on me -- like a fungus. And it was I that was being unfair and bias and just following the crowd in my attacks on him.

I wish Melvin all the success and long for the day when he can shut up his detractors.

Team Goodrum all the way.

I mean that as much as I meant what I told Derek on RX Radio years ago.  Alex23 and Adonis are especially people you simply don't want to screw with.

A trailer on 2 acres of private property is much different than a trailer park.  I now reside in a 2 bedroom apartment however I still intend on moving into a tiny home so I'm downsizing everything I own to the bare minimal in order to simplify living and allow me to pursue traveling the world.....something you cannot do paying a 1500 dollar a month mortgage for 30 years.
