I think you need to stretch/foam roll. I hate having to do that shit, gotta stretch every day or I feel all kinds of aches and pains as well...

Deca? No way man, the catalyst to making your situation much worse and beyond repairable.

whatever you do, don't stretch or do yoga, it has helped athletes around the world to stay compact and have continuous hard training!

I have been liftin very heavy for the last 15 years or so ("very" was always relative for my ongoing strength level, but it was always on the dge of my abilities. But last 5 years or so - not many can keep up with me.). Not a single ache (at least for now). I guess one of the reasons - very throughout warm-ups, religiously, each and every workout. All covered for my joints to feel warm, summer or winter, I don't care.

Just watched that video you were in. I'm on your side, that black kid shouldn't have walked his dog on your property.

Having massive lower back, tight hamstring issues now at age 49. I'm creeping up on Wes age wise  :P
Stretching and foam rolling and inversion table every day to try to fix it. 6 weeks ago, tore my lower back, still in pain.
Used to be very flexible, not anymore. (Sitting in a chair all day for work probably doesn't help, along with age).
The tightness will lead to injury, be careful. (Especially if you squat/deadlift heavy).

I just turned 49.  Training for 30 years now.  Pain can be decreased by drinking lots of water, keeping caffeine intake to a minimum, and making sure you are getting enough minerals.  Regular massage from a competent masseuse works wonders.

curcumin 800mg 2x per day.  I'm pushin 41 and have been powerlifting/bodybuilding since I was 15.  this is the only thing I have found effective besides the deca route.  Curcumin also has a wide variety of other health benefits.  seriously give it a try.

This is the same thing as tumeric right?  I take it primarily for liver health but has many other benefits used by ancient cultures for years.
