what music you find helps you train, I am getting sick of techno/rave and am thinking of going the def leopard or heavy metal/rock

I use Iheart radio and listen to...techno.  ;) 100% serious.

Listening now. Like the music, but if the singer does that stupid fucking growl-singing in every song I won't be listening long. Other than the singer I like it so far.


Edit: Turned it off, fuck that singer, can not listen to that garbage. Singer destroys what could be great music.

Nothing/nobody will ever match Pantera. Most bad ass music ever. Not too much overbearing guitars or screaming, but some heavy rhythmic tunes.
Sucks it had to end before they could make at least a few more albums.

Yup. The first time I ever benched 455 (weighing just 165) back in my twenties I was listening to Pantera's "A New Level"! The entire Vulgar Display of Power album was the best of the bunch. Grimlock and Hatebreed were also great bands to listen too.

I liked Grimlock because the singer was pretty jacked for the time and he motivated me. This song is awesome, but the flex off is at the end.
