Current cycle. My 3 week
150mg Test E weekly.
75mg Tren A ED, increase 100mg ED.
15mg Dbol daily, increase 50mg ED.
No side effects so far, just a bit insomnia.
My strength and pumps in the gym are insane, just getting leaner and bigger.
The problem comes after my workouts, feeling tired as hell, muscle pains, just feels that i dont cant recover!!
Should i increase my Test to 500mg weekly?

How can taking a performance enhancing drug make you tired, I train and fuck like an animal on tren, cardio doesn't change much at all

Keep it simple. . Eat clean and frequently, try and get 8 hours sleep (use a natropathy supplement to assist sleep ) tren can make you sweat heaps so keep your electrolytes in order. . think magnesium and potassium levels.. take hydrolyte suppliment in water during training or during day. Drink 2 liters of water yes plain water minimum on top of what you drink during training. Think sweating loses water and natural electrolytes within the sweat.

Insulin . I would use a faster Test ester. I wake up and shoot sust and tren daily plus T3/T4,clen if I have it alot of dianabol.

I am injecting 150mg Test E every Sunday, think that i will also inject 150mg on Thursday also, since i noticed this symptoms starting on Thursdays, Test levels falls to low.

hows your protein intake... and the rest of your macros. Is your diet dialed in ? people underestimate the importance of nutrition in recovery, especially when dieting.

-crazy lethargy to the point of yawning 50 times a day
-DESPITE sleeping 10-12 hours a day
-not wanting to move around ever

-sleep 7 hours be completely refreshed
-crazy energy in and out of the gym
-no stomach bloat/indigestion
-no need for anti prolactin even on a gram of tren

well, my broscientific explanation would be that tren lowers t3 levels, which causes a myriad of side effects.
all androgens do in fact lower t4 to t3 conversion, and tren -being the strongest of them- probably most.
low t3 causes indigestion, fat gain (abolished by tren though), lethargy, etc etc
its t3 lowering effect is probably also part of what makes tren a good anti catabolic
high t3 levels means a higher energy expenditure but also higher protein synthesis AND degradation.
t3 increases degradation more than synthesis with higher dosages though.
NONETHELESS i think t3 can actually increase the anabolism of AAS when combined.
thats why i always run 50-60mcg t3 with my bulks, more when im cutting.

see above, no not dependent on tren dosage.
25mcg is a replacement dosage and should be enough to avoid the sides.

Jizmo, do You notice something like that body adapt to T3 dosage after certain time and You need to up Your dosage or go off for few weeks to see effects again? Or You can run it for months in same dosage? :)

no adaption ever
ive been on it for more than a year straight between 50-200mcg
the body does however increase reverseT3 depending on dosage... but not as much as the t3 increase makes up for of course.
50mcg will always and constantly put you into a supraphysiological range
you MIGHT notice a few symptoms of hypothyroidism (which always subside within 2-3 days) when you drop from a VERY high dosage such as 150mcg+ down to 50mcg, because reverse t3 takes a bit to drop down aswell
at least thats what i experienced

majority of this is very useful during tren use. spot on. crazy how even gulping water can fill you up for an hour
