At what time do you go to sleep and how many hours do you sleep?
Do you notice any significant change on your physique depending on the quality of your sleep?
I saw in a documentary that coleman was rarely asleep before midnight...

Bed at between ten and 11 on a work night and up at 4.45
Same bedtime on an off day but up at 7
Don't notice any difference sleeping less tbh

I need 7-8 hours or I feel like shit all day. However, there have been days when I only got 6 hours sleep, but had tremendous amount of strength and energy during my workout (no stims).
I made the best gains of my life when I was able to take a nap during the day, then train a few hours afterward.

10 pm - 5:30 am week nights 10:00pm to 6:00 am weekends.
