So diet gurus, i left that fucked up keto shit behind for good and thanks for helping me see the light.
Im doing a 40/40/20 type IIFym (or flexible dieting thing) now and my life has drastically improved as well as my body and my mind (actually, my brain still doesnt feel 100 percent normal, i think it will take a while to get back feeling totally normal)
With IIFYM is the calorie part more important or the macros? I am finding that i can hit the calorie part of it accurately but im always over on the fats or carbs and sometimes not at the amount of protein. I notice alot of youtube twitter IIFYM drones, always really focusing mainly on the macro part and dont focus much on calories.

I've noticed a similar provement since consciously lowering the protein and upping the carbs.
Carbs seem to have a drastic effect on my brain, though its still too early to be certain.

Did I indicate otherwise? When I was bigger, I didn't notice how anything affected me. When shredded, I'm much more sensitive to the effects my diet has on my mental state.

Ya know, at times, I just wonder why I wanna be so mean to you. I swear, don't know why it bugs me you eat like a bird. So weird for me to understand why a guy would starve himself like you do man.

No problem, I understand. Even I don't fully understand my own motivations.
However, I know what its like to be 'big' -- eating 6k calories a day, I was over 90 lbs heavier. Though my body seems broken, my identity still revolves around it, at least in part. "If I can't be big, at least I can be lean," I thought.
Well, mentally I'm paying the price. At least I'm happy with the way I look... Now I just need to figure out how to feel good as well.
