Title: Best way to Lean out for a Off Season 300lb+ guy
Post by: 1000MGTRENED on May 18, 2015, 02:08:17 PM
I basically been working out for 6 and half years and bulking for the last 3 years sitting around 5'8" 290/300lbs gone through thousands of syringes and used reckless amount of AAS to acquire as much strength and mass as I can but now I'm ready to cut and lean down to maybe 240-260. I havent been under 290 in a year now. I want to maintain as much muscle and strength as I can. Would low carbs like under 50g ed be efficient?

So you're going from one extreme of doing everything to going to the other of eating nothing? You will probably need to go way lower than 240 but no-one ever believes that

At 5'8" and 300lbs, can you see any abs at all?  Maybe even the top 2?  If not at least the top 2, sorry to say but you're fat as fuck.  Saying that, if you keep on the sauce and are committed to getting abs, proper eating habits can get you to prob 215 with a nice six pac and look a million times better than 300lb and a 42+ inch waist.  Start with this:  take your normal size plate of food, and scrape 20% away (don't eat it/maybe store for later).  Give that several weeks to kick in and when your fat loss plateaus adjust your macros.

How do you not know if it 240 or 260. Lol that's a huge difference in muscle on a guy that 5'8".  If you where only 40lbs away from being lean at your size you wouldn't be a fat slob.
