CSwol seems to have found that non-swole life doesn't agree with him. He's back to #280 slightly leaner pounds by his own estimation.

Not the usual music i listen to, but Cswonka Tokums Schwüllahs songs "Spiritual Lyrical" and "Angels and Demons" on that page is pretty good!
(For being a Tokums Schwollée-tune that is)
