how about they create a fee to have some supervision team to make sure guys like that don't ever step on stage? It's like some dumb ass showing up with a tricycle at a nascar event and thinks he's gonna win the race.
Say I competed and they would suggest a $10 surcharge to make sure guys like that were to never step on stage, I would offer them $20 just to make sure it never happens. With all the cash it takes to get to be on stage, don't insult them by having their work, sacrifice and dedication to be compared to the likes of Lenny.

Its easy. He pays an entrance fee. Entrance fee equals more money for the people running the show.
They'd let anyone step on stage who was willing to pay an entrance and associated fees.

NO you have to qualify for certain shows ..

I am unsure. Though, I do believe most bodybuilding federations require some sort of entrance fee or something like that.
