May I say, just eat less, or is it considered offensive? No matter how healthy the food is, it is calories that really count.

A good friend of mine would say, no more pigging out. It is perfectly normal for a human being to feel slightly hungry even after the meal. Sorry for saying that, but sometimes people just need a bit of willpower.

I've found out that it's pretty hard to let a woman eat fixed amounts of foods, esp when they're high in protein and low in carbs, so best of luck..

I understand. My friend, she had been struggling for her perfect weight for years. In the end, she just doubled her gym hours, and that worked. Of course, she is trying to stay on a diet, but she is always failing... more or less. It also helps when she concentrates on cooking, trying to do something new with vegetables, or curd, or soy products, - mostly to keep her mind off cakes and chocolate.

Don't know what it is about gf's never listening to bf's about food and training but don't even bother. Nothing you say will be used or done by her, it always ends up this way.
She will probably say "i don't wanna train arms because they get huge" or "i have good legs, I played soccer in High school, i'm ok.

Then off to the adductor, adductor machine, weights that would not put muscle on a maggot, tonnes of cardio to enforce that nice "skinny fat" look and so on.

Only solution?
have her pay some specialist as free info is never used by people who don't really wanna do something. Lucky for you, ya like em' thick so just enjoy the ride!!!

Most women are emotional trainwrecks and so is their relation with food. I believe that's the root of the problem..

Ha this is 100% true, the crazy fuckers will only listen to paid advice, and only for as long as its paid for.. Don't try and understand it

I had our lass on balanced set meals for 3 weeks and she looked great, compliments off everyone... Alas that's as long as it lasted, with amazing and bizarre excuses as to why it couldn't continue or return back to it, they have zero will power, only genes and poor appetites keep them slim..

Adding orals to her stack so that it curbs her appetitie while hardening her physique... Have her run clen at low dose and taper upward
