lol @ calling those "reps". It's more like shaking a lil bit with the dumbbells in his hands 17 times....

Eric Spotto is arguably the greatest raw bencher in the world. The length of the dumbbells made the execution of the set look clumsy. Believe me, Coleman and the guy with Piana may be strong but Spotto is in a class of 3 elite benchers ( Mendelson and Henderson) that have benched 700+ raw.

Ronnie was 5 weeks out from the Mr. O and he had already done other exercises IIRC.

nope, Coleman himself confirmed that the heaviest bechpress, squat and deadlift he ever did were the ones on his training DVDs. He never squated/lifted more than 800 or did more than the 200 pd dbs.

Eric is the best bencher ive ever seen, his videos on Youtube are well worth watching. Does 600 for 6 & 675 for 3 raw, makes it look so easy.

The real question is if that was meant sarcastic or a serious question considering the average IQ of a guy following Piana aka 5%er :D

Because if you look good but are weak you get getbiggers laughing at your girly strength,
and all drugs physique. :D

Best to be like O'Hearn, strong while looking "good" but then he squats in his underwear
and that's pretty faggy. :D

Can't win on getbig.

its a bodybuilding site, so the pumper, weak guys make fun of the fat powerlifters.
On powerlifting forums, the fat strong guys make fun of the weak twinks with abs.

Its the same everywhere...

Right in the middle is a good place to be, strong, decent build, but not frail like Zyzzzzzzzzzzzz....

Bill Seno is the ideal (IMO) strong, built, did PL, WL and BB...

Let's see the guy in the VId do this 5 weeks out of a show or even near Ronnie's level of who he was.

He does not come close. Still very strong guy, not gonna downplay it, but no way does he surpass Ronnie. Still the all time freak factor in contest condition and will take a while to beat it.

Not locking out says it all.  Although no wrist or elbow wraps proves the guy is a helluva lot stronger than 90% of men.  He is at least 30% bf.  Maybe even as as high as 40.

Since Piano has a stack of fake ivanko plates and DBs in his car trunk I don't believe anything he puts on youtube is legit at all

those handles on the '200s' aren't the same as the ones Ronnie used (although maybe Dobson replaced them since then  ::))

Probably 100s at most with a load of fake plates stacked on them, fat boy is strong but hes not Ronnie strong
