Title: Question about red skin

So I was out in London yesterday and walked up behind this couple. She was tiny. He was what I can only describe as a dungeon master. He was about 6'2", high 200's in weight, maybe 10% bf. Shaved head. In his 40s by look of it. The way he walked suggested some discomfort with with joints or other. He was clearly someone who had been hardcore on steroids for years. But his skin was red, like someone who fell asleep in the sun and suffered clinical sunburn. Hard to describe.

Other forum discussions are suggesting a combination of thin skin, high bp, gear use and sun beds.
