We each have some points, funny how the guy who supports his views looks like crap though. Not very hard to support something that anyone can do and is the prime reason why this was marketed. "Guru's" know most don't wanna hear the "eat 6 times a day speech" they just invented something they know people will be able to follow in the end.

The few genetic elite make good gains and are used as their poster boys while the rest remain fooled and stupid...

I think the guy in the video is on your side of the fence though. He is making fun of the calorie counting people.
Kind of a satire of IIFYM heads eating ice cream and stuff.

Hard to know, could be as his table spoon mesurements for the ice cream was just a tad off, lol...

I have tried the TA's approach and no way does it work in my case. I degraded quickly thinking that 2 ice cream sandwhiches and a protein shake is as good as what I should have been eating. I never really believed it would work, was just tying a name of sorts to what I knew was bullshit, lol...
