Title: Kai Greene - You Need Training Advice!
Post by: Julio Ceasar on June 01, 2015, 09:59:09 AM
Kai u need training advice!

All that 10-15 minute ab routine in the beginning in your workout ruin all visible muscle in the midsection, If you do sent believe me take a look at yourself from the early years....

Phil Heath doing the same mistake nowadays...

Bcz your all stupid and believe high reps will keep your waist small...only positive with endurance workout is increased lactic acid tolerance and blurred out muscles. I have seen it on every endurance athlete like cyclist, runners, who do use their legmuscles...all their legs get blurred even if they are on very low bodyfat level...

Beside that I have even tried the shit for myself. Abs become clearly more marked doing heavy training without having a wider waist...if you do abs for 10 minutes straight you only work lactic tolerance, and abs will just disappear. Big abs are not the same as big waist...its not the abs who cause the problem, its the internal organ and shit...

Have a nice day :D

I think what Kai "The Sexual Predator" Greene needs is to start doing Jefferson squats over the judges faces. Sure fire victory is then assured.

OP may be on to something here...I noticed over the last year at least that the left side of Kais abs are totally blurred in many pics...early pics from 2009-2013 his abs looked much different....more 3-D

Before the gut explosion, pros would do a ton of ab work. Lots of reps. Abs were much more defined back then.

the better genetics = the better response to training no matter what = the less knowledge about training as there's never been a need
