I gain at least 20 pounds a year and not long ago gained 20 pds in 2 months. I thoiugh it was the creatine but when i stopped it I was still strong as ever and big as ever! Turned out it was from all the extra food i been eating.
-
about 10 to 15 lbs
-
i gained like gained 25 but it could have still been virgin gains cause i wasn't very serious about bodybuilding before.
-
...the best gains I've ever had was when I had a consistant training partner.~ :'(

im not sure what my lean weight would have been but in my first 6 months i gained about 60lbs. I posted my pics, starting at 140lbs and ending up at 200. I used to be a runner but decided to try and boost my size, so i just went for it. There was a good bit of fat but even after a year of not training im still 185-190 with. Ive never tried steroids as i really wouldnt have a clue about what to use and the dosages etc but its something i would consider if i learned enough about them.

The best gains I made were from February 2005 to February 2006. My weight went from around 220 to 243 lb. Arms grew from 16.5" to over 18". My bench press increased from 250 to 380 lb.

The first year I started training (20 years ago), I gained 30 lbs of muscle. Lots of people accused me of being on gear. Ahhhh... the good old days.
-
How do you know your % of LBM gains? I mean say you gain 30lbs in weight over 5 months how can you tell how much is water and how much is fat or muscle?
-
I'm up to 6.537 per day now.
-
I guess about 20lbs not bad for a nat. now i'm lucky to gain 4lbs in a year! still my strengh has improved somewhat of late so i'm hopeful
-
I gain 1/4 pound with 5 years of hardcore training, my goal is to gain 1 pound with 15 years of hardcore training.

The very first time I started lifting was in high school. It was the summer between my freshman and sophmore year. I was a very good baseball player and my freshman year I made the varsity but went down to JV's cause the coach said I need to get some size. I was 130 lbs. OUr baseball team had some big guys on it and we were one of the best baseball teams in California. IN fact off that one team we had 5 play pro ball including a Cy Young Award winner Mike Scott. So I lifted in the summer. When I came to play the next season I weighed exactly 175. All from lifting

naturally ~ 7 lean pounds a year (actual muscle) if you're lucky that is.. and in your teens or 20s
on hormones: double it. some can even triple it if they know what they're doing
whenever someone tellin you they gained 40 pounds in 2 months 30 of it is water and fat and the waist go up from 34inch to 38inch.
-
Best weight gain I made was 20 lbs in 2 weeks. I was training for a show and got soo depleted that after the show I ate soo much that my glycogen stores were soo full. I looked even better than I did at the show. I can guarantee that anyone that has done a BB show has expereinced this kid of gain....
-
i remember when i wanted to rep 200 lbs about 7 months ago...
now i'm benching 300 and have put on 15 lbs of lean goodness!
and have never looked better in my life.
-
I pound of muscle and 30 pounds of fat. :'(
-
hmm from age 16 to 22 went from 120-190 5-3 natrualy just food.
after that i havent felt like puting anymore wieght on. i might though after my next contest im 25 now. yea the guys who say they gained 50 pounds this or that fast it doesnt look good. thats why guys on stage are bloated out of there minds besides the gh they rush the wieght and it doesnt look right. that one dude was right natrualy ten pounds per year is about right 7 will be muscle id say and 3 would be fat and water. i still dont bieleve rushing the process of gaining leaning muscles works without the use of drugs well unless u like being a puffy mess
-
so far...been training for one year, and i have lost 18 lbs..
-
it all depends on your goal right....my best yearly gain was 35 pounds.
