Go cry somewhere else, you big baby! ;)

In his prime he had an amazing physique. The photos with him and Ronnie that people are circulating don't do him justice.

I'm not knocking his death or making light of it. Sorry to hear and hope his family and friends are ok.
But I have to wonder, at what point do you SERIOUSLY realize that your "career" isn't panning out, isn't paying the bills, isn't contributing to a positive future in any way and start having regrets.
Forget winning the O, just cracking the top 3 of the Mr O is a lofty goal, but at least you know when you do you are going to make a decent amount of coin (for what is considered decent in the industry) for a little while. But other than that for those who place out of the top 10 (consistently) what is left? What point do you realize that the damage is far out weighing the rewards?

It's a form of mental illness. The decades-long drug regimen destroyed his organs, but he couldn't live without his gorilla suit. His whole self-image and all his self-worth was locked into having artificially inflated muscles. Not saying he was a bad guy, because he wasn't. It's a sad story, for sure.

x2.
Bodybuilding, like anorexia, is a mental disorder. Filled with narcissism, obsessive characteristics, self-indulgence, and hedonism.

Good guy, what a sad story.
Tell me guys, at what point do you start seeing the hormones seriously start affecting your health? I mean I'm never coming off the stuff. What are the warning signs... Crazy
-
Sorry to hear he seems young.
How old was he ?
Wooshhhh
-
He always said he'd rather die young and leave a muscular corpse than grow old and shrivel up.

Even in medically necessitated cases long-term use of exogenous testosterone & its derivatives causes big problems. If done long enough wull cause varying degrees of permanent endogenous inhibition. You can't jump in the middle of the assembly line introducing a finished product w/out causing big problems at the raw materials loading dock. Watch all the tv commercials about male HRT health crises put on by ambulance chasing law firms. That's the effect of "Never coming off".

Big kiwi was around 38 when he died. He juiced heavily for 15 + years and then even when he got sick I think he kept taking test as HRT.
I think he could have been fine if he took lower dosages but he was always wanting to be the biggest most massive he could. Also taking various types of research chems.
In his prime he looked absolutely amazing and yes he always said he did not want to die small even though many of us told him it was fine to come down from 280 pounds to around 240 and still look great.

as always, steroids didnt play any part at all in his decline in health it was due to:
A. some herditary condition
B. His recreational drug usage
C. Flying pigs
but we can be definately sure that the steroids didnt play a part, as we all know there IS such a thing as a free meal!
