I think it's some kind of steak. Don't they eat a birthday cake for Louie later? I'm shocked this hasn't been discussed before. I think Pumping Iron is on Netflix. I'm going to go in for a closer look.

Looks like 3 pieces of chocolate cake been a while since I saw it but I think he says after he wins he just wants to eat his cake
