This one is still making me laugh, it really does look like the bad guy ensemble from most of the prime time detective shows during the time. If you were writing the script for it, it would go something like -

They were crack Vietnam veteran commando team that secretly made off with a huge amount of Viet Cong emeralds that were meant to pay for the war effort. They all agree to bury the booty till all is safe, with each getting part of the map or similar. Fast fwd a few years, and they start dying mysteriously, and it's up to Mannix, Barnaby, Longstreet, or Cannon to figure it out. Guy in the white pants would've probably been the top villain.

I swear my dad has this watch, lol!
But hilarious ads here, I bet something we see here with a new "twist" will make it's way into fashion in the next 5ish years or so.

True.  The toilet of poopular fashion backs up every once in awhile.  To date the "Leisure Suit" has not made a comeback. Hope it doesn't.

The ad is so funny "please add $1 for shipping and handling" LOL! And "allow 4 weeks for delivery"

Holy hell life was slow paced back then. Slow paced enough they had actual "leisure suits!"

I bet you Americal Apareil will bring that shit back, it's totally up their alley.

Ads from Playboy in the 60s and 70s are hilarious now.  Playboy Clubs were so faux James Bond cool back in the day too.  International Male advertisements and catalogs were so like Ambiguously Gay Duo photo shoots  at times that we called them International 'Mo.  Sears catalog shots of men in snowstorms throwing a football in their underwear stupid too.

Old TV ads are goofy too but the old Miller Light Beer commercials with Rodney Dangerfield and crew are still great to view.

found it! The commercial if a full minute. People had much longer attention spans back then, I think most last like 20 seconds now.
