Haha then when they finish they always peacock around with flared lats, faux heavy breathing (no homo), and a glance around the gym with an intense look on their face, once again oh brother.

We have 2 50' x 2" and 1 100ft x 2". Next to the prowler probably the best conditioning tool around.

I've never seen anyone do them correctly
They always move their heads like crazy
Come up on their toes
Twist and flex their low back
Internally rotate their shoulders
