Title: The last weeks cutting - peaking in mid july
Post by: Papper on June 12, 2015, 02:00:08 AM
I am on the last 4 weeks of my cut.

How to go the extra mile during.. The last mile?

1. Continue as usual
2. Amp up the efforts and restrict carbs even more
3. Start thinking about increasing cals to fill out in the right way?

Au naturale of course

Stay consistent.  I dropped carbs the last week before I went on holiday last week. Dropped from 186 to 155ibs.  Biggest weight loss of my life and first time natural.  Looked like I spent a year in a concentration camp. Hgh is the way forward.

Lol thanks

I got food poisoning at the very end of a already exaggerated cut. Looked straight out of Birkenau.

Why drop carbs? Total calories is all that matters

Not for me.

If I eat the same amount of cals but 90 % carbs I feel like shit. On a high protein/fat diet I feel better with minimal risk of getting urges triggered by fast carbs.

But I never drop carbs. My diet now is like 60% protein, 25% fat and of course some carbs.

Well then. What am I supposed to say to that?
Guess all the pro's should fire their guru's...

I've tried a similar approach and it's bullshit in my personal experience and don't care for much for Layne. Gimmick to pull in the kids as this type of advice caters to their stupid heads.

Doesnt the law of thermo Dynamics hold true though?

So if our bodies all operate exactly as the Law of Thermodynamics dictates - everyone should have the exact same results if following the exact same diet - correct????   If you believe that nonsense spewed by a guy that has absolutely no experience other than some goofy ass pictures he took - good luck man... The fact is that many have higher sensitivity to carbs. Can that be changed - Yes. However until it is - the most efficient way to lose body fat for those people is a reduction in non fibrous carbs

Caloric deficit is horse shit. It works yes but it also fucks your metabolism up.  Eat lots of clean meals throughout the day and your body doesn't think it's starving to death.  I'll never diet this low again without steroids and hgh though. It was absolutely  pointless and eye opening at the same time.  Looked pretty much like sev when he cut naturally before.  Third world country build.

It's fascinating how fast you blow up once you start eating a lot again. Just 24 hours and a pump makes a huge difference
