Do you think back in the 50s and 60s they ate a normal diet and didn't stuff themselves silly like the bodybuilders of today?  I've seen the Ric Drasin vids and the diets and lifestyle seemed so simple back then.  Also quite a few of them have made it to their 70s and 80s which I'm sure won't happen for the 90s guys and on up.

Is that Oscar Heidenstam on the right in 1950 pic?  Skinny fucker for sure yet he was head of NABBA for decades. I think Sean Connery could have beaten him that year (and possibly did).
