I want to hit bodyparts more than once a week so i want to do it this way and see how it works. Anyone do similar?
Mon-chest/bi/tri/delts
Tues-back/legs
Weds-chest/bi/tri/delts
Thurs-back/legs
Friday-chest/bi/tri/delts
Sat-cardio
Sun-off
Keep in mind each chest for example is comprised of just one exercise (and each day its a diff exercise) using time under tension, so failure on each set. 2-3 sets only. Then on to bis...
Effective?

Almost any split with any rep scheme at any speed will be effective for a period of time. The question is for how long and will you know to switch when it ceases?

you wrote it yesterday you little Bitch.

chest, bis, tris and delts on one day?
I would never follow a program like this, but if it works, whatever.

Yeah but its basically 1-2 working to failure sets per BP, so low volume

I only said that you're an autistic moron, and I don't take that back :-*
-
I disapprove.

I can't imagine you will sufficiently tax any particular muscle during these workouts, especially if you're just doing 1 exercise per body part using time under tension. What motivated you to try this?

Agreed. If you have the time to do all of these in on session not only are you not working hard enough but you're not spending enough time on the specific bodypart.. If i was doing bi's and tri's by the end of the session i would NEVER have enough energy to do chest/delts i wouldn't even be able to take off my shirt and that's coming from someone who believes less time in the gym the better..Work on doing a few exercises low reps 2 working sets till absolute failure each exercise and you'll realize that the thickness will start to come in a caloric surplus

Ryan ergo who goes by Ergo on this forum. He had some interesting logic in the chem section on this and im trying it out. I guess its similar to a mentzer type workout?

Right, but you are hitting the muscle 3 times a week...so in terms of volume per week per bodypart, its essentially the same. The logic here is, your hitting the muscle more often, but i suppose the argument would be the same that its still the same amount per week basically. So i dunno

Personally I would do something similar to this:
Day 1: Chest/Back
Day 2: Arms/Delts
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Chest/Back
Day 5: Arms/Delts
Day 6: Legs
Day 7: Rest
However I would place an emphasis on one particular muscle group each day to stress with additional time under tension. I.E. At the end of Day 1, perform your chest time under tension exercise after you've done your typical workout. The next Chest/Back day, finish off with a back exercise using time under tension. This way you're still ensuring that you thoroughly tax the muscles while incorporating a new technique. Moreover if you follow this split with Day 3 and 6 being rest days, you can still hit the muscles twice per week. Yes, legs is only once for me, but I have very dominate legs and work them considerably less. You might swap the 2nd arms/delts for another leg day if your emphasis is different.
Btw if you are A'Halo, hope all is well for you and your kid.

Id do
Chest and back
Rest
delts and arms
rest
legs
rest
rest
Repeat
-
Since we are all just posting our split, I'd do:
- legs
- arms
- shoulders/traps
- legs
- back
- chest
- rest
Yes, I do 6x/week.
-
Legs
Chest
Back
Shoulders and Traps
Arms
2 days rest
-
Full body 2x week, one with conditioning.
1 day conditioning circuts
2 x run

That sounds very..."functional"

Lots of exercise for an "old guy"! Hope I'm as energetic at your age!
Personally I do:
Day 1L: Chest, Biceps, Delts (side/front), Abs, Quads and Traps
Day 2: Back, Triceps, Rear Delts, Hamstrings and Calves
Day 3: Off
Day 4: Repeat Day 1
Day 5: Repeat Day 2
Day 6/7: Rest
Yes... I spend a long time each session in the gym. But I'm more muscular and ripped than anyone my gym(s). Life is good.
-
Chest/front/side delts/abs
Back/rear delts/traps/calves
Arms/hamstring/abs
Quads/calves
Rest
Repeat
4 on 1 off
First four days heavy lower volume (12 Sets 3-6 reps larger body parts 6-9 sets smaller body parts ). Mostly compound movements. After rest the next four days are high volume (16-20 sets per body part 8-15 reps).
4 on 2 off
-
I go to the gym and whatever isn't sore I work that. Stop when I get hungry.
-

Problem with so many bodyparts is all the time you will waste having to warm up. This type of split is not my thing nor do I know how to train the muscle "just a bit".
Hope it works out for you though.

Very interesting routine. I will definitely give this a try in the future. Thanks for sharing, Coach.

Warm up is one easy ass set, just movin a few reps to get the movement down

One poster pointed out to me yesterday that you always write negative comments, i think you have mental issues or are a lonely little Bitch. Regarding your comment about my wife(your pm) at least i have one.

I write whatever I want. If you don't like it, then move one, simple as that.
Nothing personal about your wife, but I'm sure she's the boss at home since you're such an autist beta bitch.
