He looks healthy. Having said that he probably does have heart enlargement. Don't be fooled by the external appearance.

maybe the left ventricle thing but a bigger heart is needed for anyone doing regular intense exercise so size alone does not mean danger.

you forget 88 mr which might have been one of the best ,I don't know what clicked but the top guys all sported looks they never had all were shredded,demey was bigger 86/87 as u can see by this pic ,he got skinned for this show,gaspari dropped his 87 huge look and was streamlined too..

Does he essentially live like a king over there in Holland?  I recall many dutch Bodybuilders back in Golds Venice in the early 90s, living the dream.

Holland is a very expensive country to live: taxes/housing/groceries/fuel/insurance/heating etc etc

If you want to live like a King it's probably better to move to Thailand?
