Blueprint to Cut - Arnold Schwarzenegger
Building your dream body is about more than what you do in the gym. It's about what you do in your mind—how you visualize your success and envision your legacy. Arnold Schwarzenegger pictured himself as a champion bodybuilder, and he built a blueprint to become just that

Saw KING in the OP and figured it was Kamalli.
Instead we got that old has been with the funny accent.
I'm obviously disappointed the real KING wasn't in it.

Thanks, great interview.. Is there a bodybuilder alive that can give as good interview like Arnold? Tom Platz training/interview was good as well.
-
Like I said King of kings.
Nobody trained harder and nobody ever will...

Haha:
"Yes you were tired, yes I had to come back for the second workout at night, but so what? It's still not as bad as working in the coal mine at 1500 feet below the ground and get a dollar a day like they've done down in South Africa when I went down to visit Reg Park. That was terrible work. Working out in the gym five hours a day? I never felt sorry for myself, let me tell you."
Arnold is awesome.

On a serious note, this reply shows that ARNOLD had an incredible work ethic .
I remember reading in his book ; " Education of a BB ", that he fell off his bike 2-3x riding home after his 1st work out with wts.

arnold on biceps:
"barbell curl, done in the beginning very strict, when it gets heavier a little cheating, when it gets really heavy more cheating - theres nothing wrong with that!"
-
Bump due to awesomeness...
-
Great find. Arnold is extremely motivational, nothing makes me want to train more than listening to him talk.
