The funny thing is that Arnold never specifically named Phil, but was criticizing stomach distention as a whole. But the uber insecure Phil threw a lame insult at the King of Kings anyhow because he knows he's the worst champ in the worst era.

Don't be so sure. At this point, it doesn't seem like Phil is going to be taking back that statement or back peddling any time soon.
