You mean he doesn't have some kind of elaborate CPR-and-biceps-training contraption made from the 1970's Mr. Canada award (itself recycled from a can of Molson's)?

but before farting in his mouth to save his life, I'd make Basile promise to come here and admit he never should have won a title because there was absolutely no competition that year, NONE!

But what an awesome question to ponder upon. Imagine not doing it, watching him die then coming here to say what you did. It's not really committing murder, but holy hell that is some heavy shit to deal with. Worse than actually giving mouth to mouth?

What would be disgusting would be to have to give mouth to mouth so some dude who sucked a guy off earlier and had residue jizz and that got into your mouth then you liking your lips later and having that guys cum in your mouth.
