i was thinking of spending 100 dollars on protein powder but before i did that i thought i would ask you guys if theres something better to spend it on?
maybe some fresh new gym clothes ???

Diversification into cryptocurrency, viz., bitcoin. Even a $100 investment could yield significant profit if this digital currency(/quasi-asset)'s potential is achieved, and the opportunity cost is minimal -- unless you're anabolichalo and missing a session with 'wet ebony prince$$ wet & ready' is too much to bear.

If you don't already have some, check out some luxury bath towels. You use them every day, so you may as well spend a little more on them. They're much softer and dry a lot better than the standard ones.

I bought half a pig for 120 euro that was free range, born in a hut and lived it's life in a grass paddock. None of that horror show you see with the battery pigs...
I froze it and am still getting meals out of it, months later. When you are getting your protein from oven roasted pork tenderloin stuffed with figs and chopped apple or slow cooked pulled pork shoulder, suddenly the thought of guzzling some fake chocolate flavoured protein shake doesn't seem too appealing...
