Some good info but not all true and nothing is 100%. Progressive overload is the best way to gain size, but when u have been training for a really long time, you can only get so strong. It ends sooner or later. So you have to train your training style like the pump for example. More than one way to do things.

just a lot of conjecture in there,
to disprove the practices he's condemning he says bodybuilders who benefit from said practice are on gear and they can pretty much grow from anything
and if natural then they're the genetic elite.
uses those two arguments to get his point across and mentions studies but doesn't put up any of them or even reference them so the reader could look them up.
Derek Poundstone probably summed up the whole concept of training best with one sentence
"everything could work but nothing works forever"
