Abs mean shit to me and always have but honestly i just do exercises i like and fuck all i dont.My stomach is flat and upper abs visible in right light but i could care less.Lifting has always been about arms to me.Fuck abs.abs are for pretty boys.Il keep my 21" arms and not ripped abs,you guys can have the abs and small arms.

Far from fat at 6'1.5" 230,i train how i want according to how i want to look is all.I dont workout to please other people.everyone wants abs,i dont care for ripped abs just a flat stomach,cause i like to eat.

Yup,ive been training much different than before,my goal was 21" at 220 so i still have a ways to go but getting there.I train chest,shoulders,traps,back and calves once a week for 5 sets of 20 each.then i hammer bis twice and tris twice weekly for 15-20 sets each time,one day is high reps 20-30 and one is reps 8-15.its been working great.Much less volume allows my arms to get most of the healing attention.
I do this as i like an arm heavy build,not into big torsos or legs,havent been able to train legs in years due to severe lower back issues but i do calves.

Hahahah no,upper legs are small due to a few slipped and bulging discs,calves 18.25",chest 51",waist 34",neck 17",forearms 16",thighs 24".Ive had surgery on lower back and did nothing,bad sciatica so there are times i cant train abs,traps and shoulders as well.I just do what i can.Been lifting 24 years,happy wwhere i am now,thats all that matters.arms run in the family as my father still has 20" arms at 64 at 240.He just curls a few times a week.
