I work, have a wife and a son, and work out 6x/week. I am up before anybody else and have a gym in my basement. Only workout in the morning (will occasionally do some HIIT outside after work in the summer). It's not that hard, but I do go to bed at 10pm every night.
My evenings are all about being a father and a husband. My wife is very appreciative of the effort that put forth in the gym and likes to show her appreciation :P
