its not even oil, guy had numerous PMMA treatments to fill those arms. slowly causes the formation collagen to permanently fill out the area of injection. tattoos doing a poor job of hiding the obvious lack of muscle separation and tone. like adding blobs of clay on top of each other to create an illusion of size.

bodybuilding is massively egocentric but this guy is on a completely different level. even if he had sparingly used PMMA to permanently fill out some lagging areas in a minor fashion it may have been ok.
they use PMMA to fill out the cheeks/jaws of patients with muscle wasting diseases but Rich didn't know when enough was enough!
