Why do you have to do shoulders first? Injury?

I did injure my left shoulder years ago..

I just don't feel I can give them my full focus if I have worked chest or back immediately prior.

(p.s. I hardly ever work arms directly...)

You're not giving nearly enough info for me to understand just exactly what is you think is happening. Typically when I'm training a client on full body I use the Steve Jarrell method and go chest/back/shoulders/arms in that order. Describe the workout and the issue more clearly so I can put you on a program.

Your methods are inferior. I am a trainer trainer. I have taught many incompetent trainers and made them greats. If you provide me with your full portfolio of dietary and training advice I can teach you how to stop being such a massive massive dicksplash.
