half the year spent allready... only 6 months left!
i dont see a lot of people with goals on here? i myself im on my 2 months leg experiment, cleanest natural is on track looking to compete... but the rest of you?
you cant just go through the motions, you need to set goals! otherwise you will never get anywhere.

Every year I have a goal to be in shape for summer.
I am four days out from Ibiza and my cut is going well.
The last six months is all about trying not to get too overbulked and gain some mass as usual.

I will spend the rest of the Summer in ultra ripped condition (3.78% bodyfat). Come Autumn I will jump onto a power routine and put on 10 lbs of muscle, then I will start getting ripped the day after Christmas and peak again in February. I get goosebumps just thinking about how awesome my life is.

I feel I focused too much on bodybuilding for the last 6 mos. So instead, I want to focus the next 6 on career, personal goals and monetary gains. I set a lot of pr's and while I'm proud of them, I also feel I have nothing to really show for it. And I'm broke so..

I'd say I get it right sometimes and come very close other times.
My goals are not very specific as the thread implies. Gaining mass as a natural is so slow so I barely notice anything in 6 months. Earlier, I had a long term goal of being 75 KG and very lean, but that is just not happening for me realistically. I can get there but not without unwanted body fat.
Usually, it's "be in my all time shape or better" at a set date. That gets me motivated.
I have some standout years. 2006 and 2011.
Last years was really a huge fail for me, worst shape since maybe ten years back.
Overall I'm slowly gaining muscle over the years, but the bodyfat varies a bit and that is usually more the goal than anything else.

cool, ibiza seems to be a place where at least you wanna be in reasonable shape. sure you dont need to but its kinda like showing up to a party and make no effort whatsoever as far as being dressed the part...
thats how i view it, on the beach, on outdoor parties like that your body IS the dress code.

Continue TUT sets as they are reshaping my physique in a good way. Hell just doing 3-4 all out failure chest sets , 2-3 times a week. I feel i figured out howw to look my best

Yes very much so, but also there is a mental high for me to be in shape so it makes for a good mind state when going to Ibiza, Greek islands or similar trips.

I don't think that I will be able to do it, but I would like another 1/2" to my arms.
It's so juvenile at my age to be worried about "inches on arms", but it's how I'm wired :-\

Still recovering and resting from a procedure on a couple of cervical hearniated discs. Will restart training, but never like it was before. Health over ego.

just want to get back to my best now that i've had my tricep fixed.
been 5 weeks now since the tricep tendon surgery and hopefully can start training again in a couple weeks.
got some bold cyp, primo ace and genotropin waiting for me to use in the next couple months.

Yeah very juvenile. I can't get enough inches to arm and calves.

Add an inch to my inner chest. Go up 17 pounds on my tricep kickbacks and expand my ribcage.

getting as lean as i can possibly be down to 180 , will get to 165
ive been fallowing disgusted techniques- who by the way is always kind enough to answer my questions.
high protein. low carb and a shit load of brutal cardio- not concerned about size nor strength, im 38 now could give a fuck about how much i bench or curl.
