Title: Feels much better to stand up and hold the weights than sit down and hold weight

What could we possibly learn from this? Like shoulder presses should we stand up or sit down?

sitting takes the strain off the back, plus it may work the shoulders better as it takes the legs out of the equation...and helps isolate the shoulders...just my opinion i could be wrong...
