Thanks Acerrimmer,  I just do the bread and butter compound movements mostly=heavy squats, deads, heavy bent over rows, wide grip pull ups, always heavy though!! Do some weighted hyperextensions every know and then too. My back has always been a strong point.  Now if I can just get my legs to come up with the rest!!! :-[   My legs are strong as sh*t, just cant seem to get them to respond as well.
