the fastest way for a more muscular look is a good tan, nothing beats it.

its quite fascinating how small and untrained the majority of the sex symbols and movie stars been through the years (even in the 80s when bodybuilding was peaking) and yet, in the public eye, was looked upon as well built, muscular, in shape etc

its fascinating to see how few hollywood stars been built... you can almost count them on one hand... there's a few exceptions but that goes under transformations where a star put on muscle for a specific role (for example twink edward norton, american history x) but then goes right back to being a twink.

here's an interesting example on how they play down the tanning, matt damon is the nerd in talented mr ripley, he's actually (for some strange reason?) built here but he's super-pale, in order to come across as nerdy and not sexy at all. thats probably the best he ever been physicially (while not the biggest musculary) he is in better shape here than some getbiggers on roids and on a diet. he was 29 at the time.
