A couple of things...
I wouldn't be concerned with the elevations in RBC, Hemoglobin & Hematocrit, as those are merely marginal elevations and since this person just finished a bodybuilding show 5-days prior, it's most likely related to dehydration. Dehydration almost always gives you elevated RBC, Hemoglobin & Hematocrit levels (Think of those three values as particles in a cup of water, the more water you have in the cup, the less you are able to see and quantify the particles AND the less water, the more apparent those particles are) so that's not an issue worth discussing, because as soon as they re-hydrate, those levels will fall within the normal range.
Regarding the BUN & Creatinine levels, these levels are marginally elevated. If you look at the BUN-to-Creatinine Ratio, it's at 24, which most likely is simply a reflection of dehydration once again. I doubt it's anything like acute renal failure or shock.
Now, the AST & ALT levels, those are on the higher side and are a direct reflection of possible liver damage.
For instance, the elevated ALT level which is moderately-significantly increased could be a sign of: Hepatitis, Hepatic necrosis, Hepatic ischemia, Cirrhosis, Cholestasis, Hepatic tumor, Hepatotoxic drugs or even something like trauma to muscle mass.
The elevated AST levels (which aren't terrible at the 202 value) could be a sign of: skeletal muscle trauma, myopathy, heat stroke, burns and/or use of hepatotoxic drugs.
Unfortunately, without more of a workup and an idea of the symptomatic presentation, I can't reach a proper diagnosis and would only be able to provide viable guesses.

It's clear I think that he has liver damage, which will reverse and is iatrogenic or better yet self induced.
His eGFR is low, his kidneys are struggling
drugs induced the changes in RBC's etc.
There is no diagnosis to be made.

Your BUN (blood urea nitrogen) levels are almost 2x the max (40ng/dl) according the Mayo Clinic standards. Your GFR (glomular filtration rate) indicate your inducing permanent kidney damage doing what your doing.

Ask Tom Prince, Flex Wheeler or Sergio Oliva (no wait he died from kidney failure) if they would ignore a high BUN/Creatinine/low GFR lab result. Then again if you listen to idiots ^ who tell you "F it you only live once keep juicin'" then you deserve what you get. Its your decision.

Certainly signs of liver damage, caused most likely by hepatotoxic drugs for contest prep but not certain, since labs don't tell us that much.
eGFR has a marginal decrease. I would blame that and the elevated rbc and H&H to dehydration.
Without seeing more, hard to diagnose anything. Then again, maybe Neymar can chime in.
