I just spent the weekend playing with my son in our pool. I'm not sure that "tan" is the right word here...

I beg to differ sir, as Serge Nubret was one of the most well built and handsome of all bodybuilders. A fantastic physique.

serge was actually white but he spent as much time tanning as he did lifting

Same for me..italian skin browns quick.I fade out after by fall that's beat.quit tanning beds yrs ago.

The key is to go and not overdo but almost everyone does. Once every 5 days is the sweet spot for most.

Yeah same here, my Dago genes take over in the summer and one day outside and everyone is asking me how long I tan for.
