He punched the minor in the face......     I'm assuming  it's going be OK for this coach as long as the victim is not a woman.

The Bills really need him to improve the o-line this year, but it'll be hard to keep him on the team after this. Richie Incognito must've rubbed off on him.

Not sure why the Bills would want him as a coach.  As a player I wouldn't.  He was the asshole that anonymously leaked shit about the Bears offense and Jay Cutler when he was their OC.  As a player I wouldn't trust this fucker in my locker room.
