Queers wear V neck tee shirts
You wear v neck tee shirts
Therefore,  you are queer

according to some people, incline, flat, it makes no difference

i tend to think it does make a difference

i read back in the day that pros only/mainly do incline, in spite of what the articles say...

Although I tend to ignore the OP, I will chime in that I am coming out the other side of a rotator cuff injury and flyes -- incline, flat and decline -- are not happy times on my shoulder. I am sure that they have their place in some routines, but I've always preferred pressing movements.

My upper pecs are huge from heavy flyes. Doesn't matter whether they are incline/decline/flat or done in Basile's torture chamber. Just use the heaviest bells you can handle without risking injury/form too much and you'll thank me later.

It's obvious your vision is blurred. Of course, you don't get to adjust to daylight much with your boyfriends' testicles on your eyes most of the time.

Queers wear V neck tee shirts
You wear v neck tee shirts
Therefore,  you are queer

Hahaha.  Some truth to that.   Couple years ago I was in Miami and picked up a couple of Calvin Klein V neck shirts at a discount outlet.   I then started noticing that the Gay's were wearing the very same V neck shirts around town.  The V neck shirt was almost a signature look for the Gays.   I was pissed.  Oh well, never wore the shirts.  They ended up in the garbage.     Now I avoid any shirts with the signature Gay V-neck.

Haney once told me that when he started his contest prep, incline flyes became a priority.  By then time he was at the half way mark of his prep, incline flyes were 70% of his workout.  The last four weeks his actual workout was 10 sets of incline flyes supersetted with body weight only dips.

Vince Taylor once said that he did nothing but incline flyes his entire contest prep.
