Not too often, but the old Bronkaid/Anacin/Dunkin Donuts large coffee works great for me.

some makes my ear itch... (very useful indeed)... another one gave me a sore throat... some got too much caffeine so they make my stomach feel weird.
thats about it.

it's the beta alanine.
anything with over 200mg caffeine per serving can upset your stomach, if you already have caffeine in your system when you take it, then even more likely...
This is why, as I always say, you just by the stuff you want seperately and dose what and when is best for you.
