On the leaner pics I weighed 163-164 lbs. On the fatter pics I weighed 176 lbs and were taken after eating a shitload of food. I gained all this in a week. The thing is I can diet for 4-5 days and drop to 169, but still look fat albeit smaller lol. So how the hell do only 6 lbs make such a huge difference?
During the week in which I got fat, I ate 6000+ calories everyday of mostly junk, but always ate at least 100 grams of protein. I trained 2-3 times during that week.

Also, I looked much better around 170 lbs when coming down from 215 than after gaining weight from 160-162 (I dieted for 1-2 weeks more after the leaner pics and then fucked up). Why is this?

Of course my genetics are shitty. 5'11", 174 today and soft. Tiny frame, but what most people don't realize is I'm a true natty. Most legit natties won't weigh more than 10 lbs more than me at my height and same condition and still look tiny.

I already got "big" (read fat) natural. Bulked from 150 to 215 in almost two years, going to the gym on average 4 times a week, hitting every body part at least once a week... so I don't see much more gains coming. I do plan to do one more bulk before juicing (this time I wanna gain less fucking weight, closer to 15-20 lbs), but I don't really expect much.

The good thing here is you knew when to pull back. 215 is probably heavy for you when seeing your pics. Logically, a middle road approach is what would be best for you. Cutting natty and keeping the mass is no easy task which is why it's not good to get too fat in the first place.

It's summer now, better time to be lean anyway. But I totally get your line of "one more bulking phase, then I juice" I said that to myself for years and years before finally taking the plunge. I waited way too long to start gear but still feel you should wait as you have yet to master nutriton.

Once you master the lifestyle and all that goes with it, then play the "ace card". Playing that card now, no offense, with a "weak hand" will not create the impression or bang from that first cycle you can never get back again.

Do you really wanna be one of those guys who looks average yet takes a lot of juice? This is the path you seem to be on. But I know... Ya wanted to be big and jacked yesterday but that is simply not possible.

Think about this, I mean, really think about this...

Also... Always take comparision pics in the same spot, same light, after the same diet plan, time of digestion (2hrs post meal or so) to give a fair comparision. The lifestyle is doing everything you must do to get your meals in, naps and proper rest. When you do all that properly, there is not much time for other stuff.

Well cause I freaked out from being so bloated overnight... I do have anxiety issues and that's why I binged so much. I was having great progress with the diet. I've already bulked a lot, eaten clean, mixed some dirty foods, slept a lot, taken naps, rest days, changed the way I train, stopped wanting to be a powerlifter, etc. I really believe most gains are made during the first 2 years. I talk to natties who seem to be lost (dedicated like myself) and have been stuck for a while now. They are naive and not aware of how fucked up this industry is, full of pathological, gold digger liars lol. Some silly natties still ask me if I use supplements  ::)

I'd say I'm well informed on the strategies and traps that this industry puts in front to you, but I won't fall for it anymore. It's all about hormones. A given amount of test wil produce some gains until you just can't grow no more. I'm not saying it's all drugs or that I will abuse, I'm just saying that no natural will ever be truly impressive. Nutrition is important to stay in good condition. Training is important to avoid injuries and get the most out of the hormones, but that's it.

I admit though, I haven't started researching about sources, so I'm clueless in terms of that. I do know, however, how some hormones work in your body (theorically).

You just really gained water you can't gain much fat in a week. When you are ripped every pound you can notice the difference. It's better to be leaner, yeh you might look bigger in clothes heavier but who cares rather be ripped.

Don't bulk. Just stay as lean as you can while gaining slowly. You can probably gain a little more muscle naturally but after that you arn't going anywhere without roids.

You know your stuff. I trained 4 years naturally. Even knowing more about what i was doing in the second year i still gained more in the first. The third year was a push but i did improve lifts and more size. After that nothing happened and i was stupid and overate trying to push gains. I juiced for 4 years but got over juicing and didn't want to compete anymore.

The quality does take years though i've been training almost 20 and now in mid thirties i look my best. Just deeper cuts all over and quality everywhere.

I would stay as lean as you can and just keep training. You are never going to be super lean every day but if you can hold it within a few pounds that's good. If you want to juice up to you. Doing even 4-5 cycles will make a difference even if you clean out after that you will have far more muscle than before. Look at John Hanson for example despite him saying differently he would never have that much muscle without juicing.

But at your height, have some self respect and don't settle for anything less than 200lbs lean as some sort of goal. It's very  doable.

You very rarely see guys your age super lean and big. There's a reason for that. I may have mentioned something about this taking time, lol...

On the leaner pics I weighed 163-164 lbs. On the fatter pics I weighed 176 lbs and were taken after eating a shitload of food. I gained all this in a week. The thing is I can diet for 4-5 days and drop to 169, but still look fat albeit smaller lol. So how the hell do only 6 lbs make such a huge difference?
During the week in which I got fat, I ate 6000+ calories everyday of mostly junk, but always ate at least 100 grams of protein. I trained 2-3 times during that week.

Also, I looked much better around 170 lbs when coming down from 215 than after gaining weight from 160-162 (I dieted for 1-2 weeks more after the leaner pics and then fucked up). Why is this?

200lb fella 5'10 not 5'1 ...5 foot 10 inches...215lb 6-7% fella will use abotu 1gram a week testosterona at the least! usualy 1200mg,, that includes many estrs depending on the need,, he will use some orals in injectbale forms depending on the need,,much easier to use injectable forms make you feel better less toxic yes yes its 17 aa but going once not twice through liver,,and....ofcourse gh 5 iu  and other goodies mainly anabolics such as equipona and trenbolona,, now this is 5'10 215 lb lol !! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

You can't have that dry thin look natty unless you take it to concentration camp levels.  Ive just finished my first ever diet to 155ibs natural and I looked like garbage. On holiday I looked like a greyhound.  Your better off dieting to 165 then jumping on a cycle for 12 weeks. You'll look better by the end than you will in 5 years natural.  Don't wanna juice take up running.

Yes, I agree. 155 however is not concentration camp level for me though. Sure, on a bodybuilding forum I would be, but to "normal" people outside of this, they think you have more muscle than the average guy (if ripped) even if you appear skinny. Same goes for guys who use AAS but don't use growth hormone. They can't be 200 lbs shredded and super dry with paper thin skin at my height. People simply understimate how much fat/water they have. I do wanna juice, so I won't take up running lol.

the first time I ever did a photo take shoot I was 178lbs, all natty. Just saying. NO internet to help me, just mm2k and my own friggen sense of logic.
