Just now I manage to complete a rep that I thought I absolutely would not get. And I don't mean partially complete it. But fully complete it.

Front lateral raises also started off real good just now. I decided to do 4 sets and then return to shoulder presses again. and then back to front raises. and then external rotation. and then traps.
Then I will see what is next.
