:o apparently ifbb wanted 3 times the $$$ so they said fuck off
I guess no oiled up men in thongs for us this year
-
lol...
Not only have the masses left pro bodybuilding in the dust, but even one of their greatest sponsors.
What do they do? Put it on PPV? Who pays for that? Usually the relatives are a shoe in, but I imagine it's less of a lock when it comes to bodybuilding.
-
Yeah i havent really followed in 4+ years. Its the same thing. Same competitors. Looking exactly the same, or worse. Places random. Sometimes winning with exact same look they were 6th or so in a show before
There is no hype. Anymore.
-
So who is? They better get this shit straight soon. BTW, I get sick and tired of the streaming problems each year.
-
The couple times I ever watched it streamed always seemed so low budget. Youtube channels by college kids seemed more professional.
Really, at the end of the day, is bodybuilding.com even making big money from "bodybuilders"? What percentage of people want to look like that?
It's sad, but inevitable... the thing is run so poorly that you have had Arnold openly criticize the "sport" for years now. That says volumes.

Pretty sure random college kids who juice and put up instagram pics have more pull than today's Olympians.
;D
Phil and kai have been disgraced. The sons of zyzz now bear the torch for 'physical culture'.
-
The "sport" of bodybuilding is only getting bigger and bigger! ::)
-
please say it ain't so :'( :'( :'(

Oh don't worry
Superman bob chick will fix everything
They just gave him a really prestigious achievement award
That old fossil will get things right ASAP

How will I schmoe properly this year? Hopefully another company will have it.
Maybe a pay per view? It could eclipse the last Mayweather fight. A lot of people want to watch this battle live....they just don't know it.
Hearing the competitors say "I am Olympia." ...in 6 different unintelligible accents. What could be a better way to spend an afternoon. Plus, think of all the other contests that are included. The largest penoris award for the Ms. Olympia is always a crowd favorite. Same for the "how dumb will Bob Chic's costume look this year" stumper.
-
Probably means it will be on ABC prime time.
-
So this years waging war and doing battle will go unnoticed
-
Branch Warren is the heir apparent. The new sultan of symmetry.
-
Generation Nothingness. People have no clue about the sacrifices these extraordinary athletes have to make make in order for us to question our own sexuality while staring at their ripped buttocks.

LOL!
I've never even watched it, the streaming is piss poor quality and would not pay to see it anyway.

Terrible advertisement considering it's aimed at Bbing fans. Some will check and check again their calendars, scratching their heads as they still can't find the 50th of September.

It is normally free I think but I could be mistaken.

Sure hope so with the bad quality of streaming, lol, it was terrible. As others said, we got kids posting up better quality stuff.
If by now they can't pull this off, it's never gonna happen as I don't see it growing as a "sport" or whatnot.
I wouldn't be surprised if physique gets airtime though. The shorts will get shorter, they will eventually pose and wipe out the BB'ers alltogether.
