That thing is crazy off for me. Has me eating 3,500 cals to stay at my current weight. Would easily gain on that amount.

purely theoretically a pound of fat holds 4000 kilocalories.
1g of fat = 9 kcals
450g of fat = 4050 kcals
of course in practise it doesnt work that way
but its certainly not 7000 kcals lol

Maybe it's been adjusted for the fucking obese fatasses. They walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes and think that MUST have been 1000 calories.

Yeah, they do burn that many cals...but they weigh over 500 lbs LOL

Probably in a roundabout way as (like I wrote) what they have as my maintenance is nowhere near correct so to make up for that they have to dramatically lower cals below that to lose any weight.
