It's been confirmed by Mr.X over @EliteFitness.com

Evidently he scammed alot of people on his way out of the business and the worst part is, he was paying George Spellwin a % of his revenues to open source on EF.  Sounds like a conflict of interests.  I was banned from EF by Spellwin about a year ago because I revealed that Satch's GTP gear was fake.  I still have the lab results. 

Only now do I realize just how right I was about that guy.   :-\

There's about a five page thread on him on www.outlawmuscle.com - I thought it was kinda funny that so many people were defending him for so long (even though there have been reports of him scamming for awhile).

EF is lame.  satch was always a little fag and his prices were insane.  i dont think open source boards are bad, but ones where they protect the supplier like they did with satch on EF are fucked up.  the mods who were aware of his scamming but did nothing about other than covering his ass are just as bad as satch himself.  SSB, outlaw and OSM are good open source boards.
