Back in the late 90's, I spent a few nights in a treehouse on the Hwange game preserve in Zimbabwe. The "beds" had mosquito netting tucked tightly under and if you woke up in the middle of the night, the netting was literally covered with an assortment of African insects. They were usually gone by morning, but if you had to piss...

ha...maybe they should have invested in pet praying mantises. They would clean up.
