Title: Is this accurate on water and carb manipulation for thong battles?

Say you needed to rock a thong to win a plastic trophy or to make young girls wet at a vegas pool...is this basically the protocol?

1. Be lean first (10 percent bf or whatever u can obtain
2. 3 days before crush loads of water
3. 24 hrs before, stop water
4. A few hours before, eat a load of salty and hi carb junk?

I was thinkin about pianas video on this. So this is basically his protocol without the slin. Is this basically what thong warriors do?

I thought you loaded with carbs and perhaps a glass of wine or something dehydrating.

I'm not sure salt should be added hours before, wouldn't that blur you out. Just bind water to you???

Yes to all except sodium..to me its to unpredictable and it can totally blur u

I was wondering about semi natty stule, no drol bol or other shit. So how do u do low salt ? Doesnt candy and shit that people load on have lots of sodium?

Why does nobody with blue stars answer this?

I am no pro but when I throw in salt in my diet it's like throwing a dice on how you look. One minute dry and hard then 10 minutes later water all over.

if you eat peanut butter cups maybe  :D

also lol @ water manipulation at 10% BF
wont make a significant difference at that bodyfat

agree on the sodium thing, takes too much experimentation imo... i would keep salt constant throughout (doesnt matter if high or low).
you can lower it the last day, but i wouldnt "Load" with sodium. too "dangerous" (for your physique)
