Any of you guys use the real deal stair master? I find it the hardest cardio to do besides sprinting. How long do you do it for. Intervals?

I always use it
Ill go 20-30 mins start at level 5 and I'll increase every minute or 2 up to level 16-20
Or I'll do intervals of 1 minute level 20 and 1 minute level 6

I use it 20 mins is all u need melts fat like a furnace she I go slow to warm up and to finish I do calve raises each step and squeeze like a mother F&cker it has improved my calves alot

Best cardio machine ever invented... I prefer a long slog, 40 odd mins, turn the speed up as I go... But even on slow you can contract muscles as tho lunging, squeeze glutes (homo), work calves etc etc

I have a small stepper at home and do 20 - 30mins 5 or 6 days a week upon waking up. Best form of cardio IMO.
